*** Notice to Contractors ***

Effective Tuesday, March 21st, 2023, the Creve Coeur Fire Protection District has adopted Ordinance 23-1, Fire Prevention Code of the District. This includes the 2021 versions of the International Fire Code, International Building Code, International Residential Code, International Existing Building Code, and amendments, as well as a new fee schedule.

Effective Tuesday, March 21st, 2023, the Creve Coeur Fire Protection District will only accept digital plans for new applications.
Note: Revisions for plans submitted prior to March 21st, 2023, are still required to be originally sealed, hard copies.

All digital plans with completed application, should be submitted via email to plans@ccfire.org. Please ensure that the subject line contains the address of the job, including suite if applicable, as well as the type of permit for which you are applying.
Note:  Plans must be submitted as a single attachment. The application must be a second attachment. Cut sheets must be submitted as a single, separate attachment.

All existing requirements for plans submission still apply. This includes having been reviewed and stamped by the correct Building Division, if applicable, prior to submitting to the Fire District. Please review our Required Permits sheet, located under the Fire Prevention tab, for all existing requirements.
