
*** Notice to Contractors ***
Effective Monday, September 8, 2025 all future fire alarm projects involving a fire alarm head
end (FACP/FACU) replacement will require full engineer-signed/sealed fire alarm plans to
include full floor plans, with spec book and battery calculations, if applicable. The floor plans
must include the location of all initiation and notification devices.
Additionally, all access control points as well as all mechanical devices, including Building
Automation/Management Systems (BAS/BMS), required by code to be integrated with the fire
alarm system must be depicted. The fire alarm system matrix must account for all of the
aforementioned, as applicable.
Effective Thursday, August 22, 2024, the Creve Coeur Fire District will adopt Ordinance 24-2, Fire Prevention Code of the District. This includes amendments to Ordinance 24-1.

​All digital plans with completed application, should be submitted via email to plans@ccfire.org. Please ensure that the subject line contains the address of the job, including suite if applicable, as well as the type of permit for which you are applying.
Note: Plans must be submitted as a single attachment. The application must be a second attachment. Cut sheets must be submitted as a single, separate attachment.

All existing requirements for plans submission still apply. This includes having been reviewed and stamped by the correct Building Division, if applicable, prior to submitting to the Fire District. Please review our Required Permits sheet, located under the Fire Prevention tab, for all existing requirements.
